BETH DIN TZEDEK HALISHKAH

Beth Din Tzedek "Halishkah"  (הלשכה)  is a subsidiary of the Halachic Documents Institute. The beth din strives to bring professionalism to the Jewish din torah system by focusing on only the area of its expertise: contracts. 

Based on many years of contract drafting and negotiating deals, we developed a methodical approach to dispute avoidance and dispute resolution when the area of contention is derived from a contract between parties.

By accepting to arbitrate cases that solely pertain to the area of our expertise, we can offer swift, professional, and just beth din services in a harmonical and peace inducing manner.
